Mr. Welborn is Vice President of Land of CWEI. He has worked in the company's land department since 2003. He is a member of the Permian Basin Landman's Association and the American Association of Professional Landmen. Mr. Welborn earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1996. |
