Greg S. Heller joined BFC in 2004 as the Director of Business Development. Mr. Heller has more than 8 years of corporate finance experience, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, new business development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining BFC, Mr. Heller was a founder and Managing Director of Silverglade Partners LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm that provided valuation, transactional and investment management services. Before forming Silverglade, Mr. Heller was with ING Barings LLC in its Industrial Manufacturing and Technologies Group. While at ING Barings, he worked on numerous strategic and financial advisory and capital raising assignments. Prior to joining ING Barings, Mr. Heller served as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance practice where he helped start the firm’s Capital Markets group.
Mr. Heller holds an MBA with honors from Fordham University and a BA from Hobart College. |
