Gray Wirth joined Rohm and Haas in 1995 as an account manager for the company’s Agricultural Chemicals business. Ensuing assignments included greater responsibility within Agricultural Chemicals as a global product manager in 1997, and then regional brand manager for the Americas in 1999. Mr. Wirth relocated to Frankfurt, Germany in 2000 to become the European Region Marketing Manager for the Architectural and Functional Coatings business. In 2002, Mr. Wirth became Business Director for AgroFresh. In 2005, Mr. Wirth was elected a vice president and named Business Unit Director for the company’s Monomers business.
In 2007, Mr. Wirth accepted the role of Director of the European Region.
Mr. Wirth previous work experience included four years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a commissioned officer.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Cornell University in 1989 and received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University in 1995.
He and his family reside in Switzerland. |
