Grant Dobson concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and environmental law. He has handled loan transactions ranging from $250,000 to $10 million for a major bank. He represents a major international company in environmental matters including, lead counsel in federal and state superfund sites in Arkansas, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, and in real estate matters, such as real estate acquisitions and sales and commercial leasing involving the company's national real estate portfolio. He represents national and regional companies in connection with zoning issues, tax appeals and other matters involving state and local government regulation. He is lead real estate counsel for a regional restaurant company developing restaurants throughout the southeast. He represents real estate developers in the development of residential subdivisions in Tennessee. He acts as real estate counsel to a regional healthcare company in the acquisition and development of assisted living facilities throughout the southeast.
