Grant Decker is a trial lawyer who has represented companies and individuals in courts throughout the Mid-Atlantic area for over 20 years. Mr. Decker’s practice involves complex commercial and business litigation matters including: business torts such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contract, conspiracy, trade secrets and other proprietary rights disputes, and unfair competition; contract disputes; defense of lender liability claims; corporate/partnership disputes; defense of professional liability claims; securities litigation; employment claims; commercial real estate disputes; and defense of product liability claims. Formerly a partner in Bracewell & Patterson’s Reston, Virginia office, Mr. Decker actively practices in the state and federal courts of Virginia (particularly the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the state courts in Fairfax, Arlington and Loudoun Counties and Alexandria City), Maryland and the District of Columbia.
