J. Grant Smith is a director, president and chief operating officer of the Corporation and the chairman of Huron Valley State Bank. Prior to his present post Mr. Smith served as chief financial officer of Clarkston State Bank and the Corporation. He has been employed by the Corporation since 2001. |
