Gordon Lancaster, a Canadian Chartered Accountant, is a senior executive with extensive domestic and international corporate experience, in fields including equity and debt financings, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and integration, legal, risk management and taxation.
Mr. Lancaster was with leading global accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP for 20 years, including five years as a partner. He also has more than 20 years' experience in senior financial positions with a variety of private and public firms, serving as Chief Financial Officer for First City Group, Vancouver International Airport Authority, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and Power Measurement Inc. |
