Gordon Knox handles various aspects of public and private purpose tax-exempt financing, affordable housing development and equipment leasing. He has extensive experience serving as bond counsel and counsel to issuers, underwriters, borrowers, trustees and issuers of the letters of credit securing municipal bonds. Mr. Knox also represents banks and other financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and drafting documentation for transactions involving affordable housing and community development, construction loans, letters of credit, equipment leases and commercial loans secured by real estate and/or personal property. Mr. Knox has made presentations on a variety of topics within the areas of public finance, commercial finance and federal affordable housing programs.
