Gordon Chin provides counsel to developers and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development of mixed-use development projects, hotels, multifamily residential projects and office buildings. He also represents master and special servicers in various loan servicing matters. Additionally, Mr. Chin has extensive experience representing lenders in agency financing under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs, including, forward commitment loans, construction and permanent financing and assumptions/servicing matters.
