Ms. Glynnis Bowman has more than 15 years of professional experience in analytical services, management, and consulting activities in the environmental and industrial hygiene fields. She as recently promoted to Regional Manager of Industrial Hygiene Services. Her professional history is heavily vested in laboratory management of asbestos, microbiology and lead analytical services and consulting on worker exposure scenarios. This experience includes management staff and large scale projects including budgetary and financial responsibilities. Prior to joining RJ Lee Group, Ms. Bowman managed the analytical services for a large consulting and engineering corporation. With a staff of 15 employees, she was in charge of the asbestos, lead and microbiology laboratories. She had technical oversight of employee training, laboratory safety and hygiene, quality control and assurance strategies. Financially, she was responsibility for a combined $1.5 million in department revenue. Ms. Bowman is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, master level. She is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), as well as the president of the Local Pittsburgh Chapter for 2007. She is also a member of the Academy of Hazardous Material Managers (ACHMM) and American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). She was most recently involved with a poster that was presented at the 2006 Geological Society of America Annual Meeting. |
