Glenn C. Taylor, 54, has served as Group President, Key Accounts since January 2004. From April 2002 through December 2003, he served as Senior Vice President, Account Management. Mr. Taylor served as President of the Company’s UnitedHealth Group Division from February 1999 to April 2002. From April 1997 to January 1999, Mr. Taylor held positions with Merck & Co., Inc. as Regional Vice President of the Southeast and Central business groups. From May 1993 to March 1997, Mr. Taylor was the Company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management.
