Mr. Sampson is responsible for guiding the project definition activities necessary to transition our projects from land acquisition to construction. He has over 30 years experience in the development, design, and operation of power generation facilities of every description. He was formerly Engineering Manager for the EPC contractor, CNF Constructors, and founding Principal of the consulting firm, Advanced Energy Solutions. In those capacities he has participated in the development of a power project that brought LNG to Puerto Rico to displace heavy oil combustion, a combined-cycle plant in West Africa, and a successful multi-unit response to the recent power crisis in California. Mr. Sampson has a bachelor’s degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. |
