Glenn A. Eisenberg has been a member of our board of directors since the 2005 Annual Meeting. Mr. Eisenberg currently serves as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration of The Timken Company, an international manufacturer of highly engineered bearings, alloy and specialty steel and components and a provider of related products and services. Prior to joining The Timken Company in 2002, Mr. Eisenberg served as President and Chief Operating Officer of United Dominion Industries, a manufacturer of proprietary engineered products, from 1999 to 2001, and as the President Test Instrumentation Segment for United Dominion Industries from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Eisenberg also serves as a director of Family Dollar Stores, Inc. |
