Glenn was a product developer and a technical manager of a multi-national R&D Laboratory for 35 years. In his previous employment, Glenn made significant contributions to all phases of hardware and software development and to R&D cost management. He is a highly skilled and well respected manager with a reputation of developing and leading high performance organizations for meeting client commitments. Upon retirement from the R&D company, Glenn began a second career with UNICON in 1998 as a Project Manager. His ability and dedication to client success were soon recognized by UNICON which, in turn, earned him a couple of promotions to become a Program Manager and later, a Director. Currently, Glenn is responsible for defining business unit strategies and goals, quality control processes and business unit profit/loss management. |
