Glen Shipley serves as EasyLink’s vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, he has responsibility for financial operations, legal matters, contract administration and human resources. During his more than 30 years with financial and legal responsibilities, he has developed comprehensive expertise in public accounting practices, corporate ethics, SEC regulations and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the company, Glen served as chief financial officer of Melita International, Inc., which was acquired by Concerto Software, Inc. He also brings experience from eshare communications, Inc., a leading provider of integrated customer interaction and intelligent call management solutions which was later acquired by divine, Inc. where he served as chief financial officer and administrative officer and Vanishing Point, Inc., a venture-backed start-up company that utilized advanced technology to deliver aesthetic medical treatments in retail settings, where he served as chief financial officer and secretary. Glen has also consulted for various software and genomics companies on operational and financial issues and practiced law in the state of Washington. |
