Giovanni Ravaioli joined CTE in November 2004 as Human Resources Director. In this position, he is responsible for managing all HR-related activities supporting the Company’s strategic plans and corporate policies. Mr. Ravaioli has more than 16 years experience as HR Manager and Director in national and international pharmaceutical companies, including Italfarmaco, Zilliken, Lifepharma, Dade Behring, and Quintiles. His focus has been on personnel development, organizational development, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has several years experience in recruitment, training and development, and industrial relations. Mr. Ravaioli started his career as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at an Italian pharmaceutical company after earning his Animal Science Degree at the University of Milan (Italy). |
