Giorgio Della Seta Ferrari Corbelli Greco. Mr. Della Seta has been a member or our Board of Directors since March 2006. He was the chairman of the board of directors of Telecom Italia Latin America from 2002 to 2004 and a member of the board of directors of TIM - Telecoma Italia Mobile S.p.A. since 2004. Mr. Della Seta has also served as the President of Prelli S.A. since 1995 and President of Telecom Italia Latin America since 2006. Mr. Della Seta holds a PhD in law from the University of Milan in Italy.
