Dr. Gino Addiego joined Novellus in February of 2005. As the company's executive vice president of corporate operations, he oversees all of the company's manufacturing operations, systems engineering, facilities, information technology and human resources, as well as Novellus' Customer Integration Center (CIC) located at the San Jose, Calif. campus.
Prior to joining Novellus, Addiego spent more than eight years at Applied Materials, where he was responsible for global operations (including manufacturing and supply chain), central engineering, information technology, and facilities, as well as all the product groups. Before that, he worked at KLA-Tencor and Photon Dynamics.
Dr. Addiego received both his bachelor's degree and doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He holds seven patents and was nominated for the national Inventor of the Year Award in 1993.
