Gil Weiser has served as a director of Fundtech since July 2000 and as a director of BBP, the Company’s wholly owned Swiss subsidiary since May 2001. Beginning in 2000 to the present, Mr. Weiser has served as Chairman or Director of various Israeli high-tech companies. In addition, Mr. Weiser has served as a director of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange from 2003 until 2004. From 2000 until 2001, Mr. Weiser served as the Vice Chairman of Orama, an Israeli/U.S. merchant bank located in Tel Aviv, Israel. From 1995 until 2000, Mr. Weiser served as the General Manager of Hewlett Packard (Israel), a distributor of Hewlett Packard products and services located in Tel Aviv, Israel. From 1993 until 1995, Mr. Weiser served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fibronics International Inc., a worldwide provider of network solutions. From 1976 until 1993, Mr. Weiser served as Managing Director of Digital Corp. Israel. Mr. Weiser has and continues to hold significant public positions including Chairman of the Multinational Companies Forum and Vice Chairman of the Israeli Management Center. Presently he serves as Chairman of the Executive Board of Haifa University, one of the leading institutions of higher education in Israel and is a member of the Israel High-Tech Association Executive Committee. Mr. Weiser holds a Bachelors degree from the Technion in Haifa, Israel and a Masters from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. |
