Mr. Stabbert is a member of the firm’s franchise law group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including business disputes and franchise law. He has experience at the trial and appellate level in civil matters venued in Federal and State courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stabbert served as an attorney with another preeminent New Jersey and New York based law firm. While at his prior firm, Mr. Stabbert handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, commercial real estate litigation, non-compete contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, franchise practices and bankruptcy matters.After graduating from law school, Mr. Stabbert served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Erminie L. Conley of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While attending law school, Mr. Stabbert served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodore Z. Davis of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. |
