As Strategic Marketing and Information Officer of Innovativ, Gerard McGowan is responsible for strategic corporate communications as well as bringing Innovativ’s products and solutions to the marketplace. With a rich background in technology, most recently developing Innovativ’s thin client solutions and services offerings, McGowan has the visionary task of partnering Innovativ’s technologies with today’s business needs. He is also the leading executive in charge of partner acquisitions and relations.
McGowan joined Innovativ’s executive management staff in December 2001. Prior to joining Innovativ, McGowan spent more than 15 years with Sun Microsystems in a variety of positions, most significantly as regional systems engineer manager for telecommunications and as senior program manager for Sun’s world-wide field office.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in psychology from St. Joseph's University. |
