Mr. Travaglia is Unibanco?s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President responsible for Operations and IT, positions held since April 30, 2004. He is also a member of our Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Executive Officer (1996-2004). Mr. Travaglia joined Unibanco in 1979. From 2000 to 2002, he was in charge of the development of the Internet Banking program; from 1998 to 2000, served as the Executive Officer in charge of marketing and products for the retail banking group; from 1996 to 1997, was responsible for the integration of branches, systems and operations of Banco Nacional; from 1994 to 1995, conducted the reengineering program of Unibanco; and from 1989 to 1993, he served as the bank's Controller. Travaglia holds a specialization in Banking from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Business Administration degree from the University of São Paulo (Universidade de São Paulo - USP). |
