Ms. Ferraro is an Executive Vice President and head of the public affairs practice of The Global Consulting Group a New York-based international investor relations and corporate communications firm providing advisory services to public companies private firms and governments around the world. Ms. Ferraro serves as a Board member of the National Democratic Institute of International Affairs and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was formerly United States Ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Commission. Ms. Ferraro has been affiliated with numerous public and private sector organizations including serving as a director of the former New York Bancorp a NYSE-listed company. She was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in August 2003. |
