Gerald W. Haddock, 59, was appointed as a director in January 2005. Mr. Haddock is the founder of Haddock Enterprises, LLC and formerly served as president and chief executive officer of Crescent Real Estate Equities, a diversified real estate investment trust. He is currently a director and audit committee chairman of ENSCO International, Inc., a leading global offshore oil and gas drilling service company, and a director of Cano Petroleum, Inc., a Fort Worth-based producer of crude oil and natural gas that specializes in enhanced recovery technology. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Baylor Foundation of Baylor University and on the Board of Trustees of the M.D. Anderson Proton Therapy Education and Research Foundation. |
