Mr. Husch’s practice is focused on employment law, insurance law and civil litigation. In recent years, Mr. Husch has represented many employers in noncompetition and trade secret cases. Mr. Husch’s litigation practice also includes representing employers and businesses in commercial, employment and personal injury matters. He has handled unfair competition, employment, insurance, aviation, motor vehicle, product liability, professional malpractice, governmental liability, and other civil cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts.In the employment law area, Mr. Husch represents employers in administrative proceedings, litigation, mediation and arbitration, involving noncompetition and confidentiality agreements, trade secret misappropriation, wage claims, wrongful termination claims, and claims of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Mr. Husch also advises employers on a wide variety of labor and employment issues under state and federal law. In the insurance law area, Mr. Husch renders opinions on insurance coverage questions and represents insurers in declaratory judgment actions and lawsuits involving coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
