Has over 25 years experience in management with companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 to development stage. From May 2002 through June 2003, Mr. Lerner was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ramp, Inc., a healthcare information technology company whose stock was listed on the AMEX. From September 2000 through April 2002, Mr. Lerner was the Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance and Development of Boardroom Inc., a direct marketer and publisher. Prior to joining Boardroom, Mr. Lerner had over twenty years of experience working in planning and analysis, financial management and mergers and acquisitions and for companies including CBS, Inc., Pfizer Inc. and The Thomson Corporation.
