George Broady is a principal investor in Management Controls Inc. and an investor in and director of several privately held companies in the fields of telecommunications and enterprise software. Over a 30-year period, he founded Network Security, Interactive Technologies Inc. and Ultrak Inc and brought them public on the NASDAQ. He was Chairman of all three organizations and CEO of both Network Security and Ultrak. All three companies were involved in electronic security and access control. Before founding Network Security in 1972, George was an investment analyst with a private investment firm and First National Bank in Dallas. He served twice in the U.S Army and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. |
