George Bennett is the senior vice president of Americas Sales at Network Appliance. Bennett is responsible for leading the Sales organization's efforts providing data management and content delivery solutions across North and South America. Bennett joined NetApp in July 2000 as vice president of the U,S, Central area. In this position, he was responsible for leading the company's sales and system engineering efforts for a 23-state area. Bennett has spent 25 years in technology sales and executive sales positions. Prior to joining NetApp, he was a partner with Siebel Systems consulting division Target Marketing Systems. He also spent 17 years with Memorex Telex Corporation in a series of roles, including senior vice president of North American Sales. In addition, Bennett was the senior vice president of Sales and Marketing with Data Race, a manufacturer of voice-over-IP solutions. He started his career with Unisys Corporation. Bennett holds a bachelor of science degree in management science from the University of New York, Geneseo. |
