Mr. Fish was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1968. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School (where he was the Notes Editor for the Journal of College and University Law) in 1994.
Expertise
Mr. Fish has extensive experience in contract disputes involving Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, representing both majority and minority interests in shareholder disputes in closely held businesses and counseling clients on a broad range of business matters. His experience also includes employment and non-compete matters, as well as bank-related litigation. Mr. Fish has practiced in federal and state courts in Michigan, as well as various other jurisdictions across the country. |
