Mr. Molinsky is a partner in the Business and Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1994. Mr. Molinsky focuses his practice primarily on corporate matters, advising entities ranging from start-ups to the largest clients on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other corporate and financing activities. He is a member of the Cincinnatus Association Executive Committee, the Executive Committee of C.I.S.E. (Catholic Inner-city Schools Education Fund), and the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. Mr. Molinsky is listed as a 2005 and 2006 Super Lawyers Rising Star by Cincinnati Magazine, and in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for both corporate law and as one of only 5 Ohio attorneys for venture capital. He was named to the 2005, 2006 and 2007 listings of Who' s Who in Cincinnati Technology, the 2005 and 2006 CincyBusiness magazine Leading Lawyer lists, was the recipient of the 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce, and was named one of the Forty Under 40 from the Cincinnati Business Courier. Mr. Molinsky also received the 2000 Downtown Community Service Award from the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's Downtown Council and completed the Leadership Cincinnati program (Class XXV). He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and a former practicing certified public accountant in Ohio.
