Mr. Heavey is a Principal Account Executive of PRO-telligent, LL, responsible for expanding business development in the company's core market areas of national security and law enforcement. Mr. Heavey retired in 2002 as the Executive Director of Field Operations with the U. S. Customs Service after 33 years of service. He had direct line authority over approximately twelve thousand Customs Officers encompassing some three hundred ports-of-entry along our nation’s border. He has varied experience directing complex national and regional operations, including law enforcement, intelligence, anti-smuggling, counterterrorism, drug interdiction operations, and homeland security. During his federal government career, he was recognized for bringing a dynamic management style and team-building skills to diverse programs in internal security, strategic trade, border operations, and international affairs. |
