Mr. Alcorn has served as President of Alcorn Exploration Inc. for more than five years. He is a past chairman of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and a founding member and past chairman of the Natural Gas Council. Mr. Alcorn is also a director of Linn Energy LLC.
