Mr. Murphy is semi-retired, working as a general business consultant. From September 1, 2001 to September 30, 2004 he was employed as the appointed Senior Vice President of Citrico Holdings, Inc., a company engaged in the manufacture of lemon-based products. In August, 2004 a guarantor of loans secured by the stock of Citrico International Ltd., an operating subsidiary of Citrico Holdings, took control of the stock of Citrico International and is proceeding to liquidate Citrico International. This liquidation is nearly complete and Citrico has largely ceased operations. Prior to his appointment to Citrico, Mr. Murphy was, for more than five years, a principal of Coloney Von Soosten + Associates Inc., a consulting firm located in Kenilworth, Illinois. Mr. Murphy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. |
