Geoffrey received his bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound in 1994. Geoffrey graduated from Pepperdine School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1999 where he served on the Pepperdine Law Review, was placed on the Dean's List, and was active in the school's moot court program. Following graduation, Geoffrey worked as associate corporate counsel for Salem Communications Corporation, a publicly traded broadcasting corporation located in Camarillo, California. Before coming to Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne, Geoffrey served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael R. Hogan, Chief Judge for the District of Oregon.
Geoffrey represents clients involved in almost any type of business-related litigation, including unfair competition claims, complex commercial transactions, corporate ownership disputes, wrongful termination and harassment suits, shareholder derivative actions and class actions. His growing client base includes companies and individuals from several industries, including the printing and binding industries, automotive dealerships, and small business owners.
