Geoff is a Senior Vice President and Office Manager for Johnson Capital’s Central Los Angeles Office. He has been with Johnson Capital for over 13 years specializing in commercial, hotel, multifamily and marina financing including the advisory and placement of; acquisition debt, bridge/construction financing, "construction to perm" financing, short term and long term permanent finance, mezzanine debt and structured finance. Arrobio also advises clients who have a need for joint venture and/or equity. He has personally advised and secured over $1.3 billion worth of transactions during his tenure. Geoff joined Johnson Capital in February 1994 after working for Jones Lang LaSalle as a real estate analyst and Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. Los Angeles as a stock broker.
Geoff is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a B.S. degree in real estate and international finance, Fall 1991. He attended the University of Utah during his freshman year and was a member of the University of Utah Football Team 1987-88 and the University of Southern California Baseball Team 1988-89. Geoff was also the Treasurer of USC's Sigma Chi Fraternity 1990 thru 1991. His business affiliations include; ICSC, USC Business Alumni Association, Mortgage Bankers Association Member, and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1998. Geoff is a Founding Member, acting Board Member and Treasurer of the Men's Guild of USC/Childrens Hospital Los Angeles ("MGCHLA").
