Geoffrey A. Gerard was elected to our board of directors in February 2002. Mr. Gerard served as Secretary and General Counsel of Equivest, Inc. from 1975 to 1977. Mr. Gerard then served as Secretary and General Counsel for two privately held oil and gas exploration companies until 1978. Mr. Gerard has been in the private practice of law in Dallas County, Texas since 1978, specializing in business transactions. Mr. Gerard currently serves on the board of directors of Viseon, Inc. Mr. Gerard received his B.S. in Business-Finance and his J.D. from Indiana University. |
