Represented corporation in independent person examination of shareholder derivative action resulting in dismissal of claims against directors and officers, and recovery from corporate president.
Recovered over $2.8 million in ERISA claims in federal court for charitable foundation, and obtained dismissal of over $700,000 in state probate court claims against the foundation.
Successfully defended lawsuit against City in southwestern Michigan and obtained permission from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and National Park Service to use part of City-owned park for residential development.
