Gary Jacobs sets the vision of CHCS Services and develops strategic relationships to advance the company's mission. On a day-to-day basis he is responsible for the company's marketing and sales, public relations, advertising, government affairs and corporate development efforts. Prior to founding CHCS Services, Mr. Jacobs served as the Executive Director of Staff Builders Health Care Services, a Medicare-certified home health agency serving over 5,000 clients weekly. Previously, he was President of HMI, a national HMO management and consulting firm, which he took public in March 1986. Mr. Jacobs received a BA in Political Science from Boston University and a Master's in Public Administration from American University. |
