Gary W. Qualmann was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company, effective September 1, 2003. Mr. Qualmann was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Metatec, Inc., a manufacturing and supply chain solutions company, since 2001. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Qualmann was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Director of MindLeaders.com, Inc., an e-learning company. He was directly involved in raising capital for the business and managed its investor, banking and insurance relationships. Prior to that, Mr. Qualmann was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Red Roof Inns, Inc. from 1988 to 1995. |
