For a large consumer products company, designed a supply chain shared services organization across two independent divisions. Implementation of the shared services organization was completed prior to SAP implementation.
For a major precious metals mining company, performed an assessment of the procurement function, identifying process and organizational capability gaps compared with best practices as well as a supporting business case and implementation plan.
For a major manufacturer of specialty chemicals, performed an assessment of the current logistics management structure and spend management across a variety of divisions, recommended improvements and led the implementation of the transformation effort including organization design and implementation. Achieve targeted savings of $40+M annually.
Achieved $70 million cost savings for a French global industrial conglomerate with the development and implementation of a strategic sourcing program. Worked with the client to design and integrate a category management organization structure.
Reduced annual costs by $10 million while improving service levels by 5% for a paper manufacturing company by streamlining order entry, processing and fulfillment.
