Mr. Ziesés joined Polycom in July 2005. He is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, reporting to CEO, Robert Hagerty. In this role, Mr. Ziesés is responsible for building the programs and systems for attracting, retaining and developing top talent to grow Polycom’s business. He brings over 20 years of executive management experience to the team.
Before joining Polycom, Mr. Ziesés held senior executive positions in both Human Resources as well as business operations. His assignments outside of Human Resources have included General Manager of International Operations and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Some of the companies he has served with include, Zhone Technologies, Ascend Communications, Charles Schwab, ALCATEL, and Sperry Corporation.
Mr. Ziesés holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from George Mason University. |
