Mr. Paxton is President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (DTG) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer and President, Mr. Paxton was an Executive Vice President of DTG from November 1997 to December 2002 and was Chief Operating Officer and President of DTG- Corporate Operations from January 2003 to September 2003. Mr. Paxton was President of Dollar Rent A Car Systems, Inc. from November 1990 to December 2002. |
