Gary L. Perschbacher was appointed as CFO effective April 1, 2006. He has most recently served as special assistant to the chairman of the board of YP Corp. Mr. Perschbacher brings 35 years of broad-based management experience to YP Corp. Previously, he has served in senior management positions, including CFO, for several companies in various industries and has successfully guided them through rapid growth and turn-around transitions. Mr. Perschbacher has a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management and is a certified public accountant. He has been a participant in several successful initial public offerings and numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has worked for such companies as The Coca-Cola Co., Miller Brewery, Sanofi, S.A., and Simula Inc. |
