Mr. Herman, newly appointed Chairman of the company as of May 2005, has been a member of the board since August 2000. He is a managing member of Galloway Capital Management, a money management firm based in New York. Prior to this, from 1977 to 2002, he was an Associate Managing Director in the Galloway Division at Burnham Securities, Inc., an investment bank based in New York. Prior to joining Burnham, Mr. Herman was a managing partner of The Kingshill Group, Inc., a merchant banking firm with offices in New York and Tokyo. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Digital Creative Development Corporation, as well as a director of Shells Seafood Restaurants, Inc. and the NYC Industrial Development Agency, to which he was appointed by former NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. |
