Gary specializes in representing tenants and landlords in the leasing and sale of office, warehouse and R&D space. During his career, Gary has represented numerous companies on a regional and national level. Gary has personally negotiated more than 600 leases totaling over three million square feet of space. Gary has represented companies across a spectrum of industries including health care, high tech, defense and financial services and has expertise in both large-scale asset marketing and tenant representation. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland, College Park and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College of Baltimore. |
