Gary A. Corless was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of PSS World Medical, Inc. in August 2005. Previously, Mr. Corless served as the President of the Company's physician division, Physician Sales & Service, and as Executive Vice President of PSS World Medical, Inc. on May 23, 2002. From April 1999 to May 2002, Mr. Corless served as President of Gulf South Medical Supply, leading the division to a dramatic rise in operational and financial performance over the three-year period. From April 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Corless served as Senior Vice President--Eastern Region of Diagnostic Imaging. Prior to that position, he served as the Company's Vice President--Southern Region from April 1997 to April 1998. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Corless served the Company as a regional vice president of sales and operations, and from 1990 to 1996 he held various leadership positions with the Company. |
