Mr. Hale, as vice president of operations for Matria’s Women’s and Children’s Health division, oversees clinical and operational processes to ensure the quality of our products and services. His diversified experience in process improvement, operations management, change leadership, organizational design, Six Sigma process reengineering, and call center management provides him with the insight and experience necessary to work with and understand the needs of clients. Mr. Hale works both externally with clients and internally with the product development team to ensure the products and services Matria delivers are not only in line with current trends, but also anticipates the future of the marketplace.
Before joining Matria Healthcare, Mr. Hale was a senior manager with The North Highland Company where he consulted with Fortune 500 companies specializing in organizational change management, process improvement, organizational design and complex program management. Mr. Hale also has tenure with The Coca-Cola Company and with Arthur Andersen where he worked with accounts and clients representing a variety of industries, including healthcare, food services, financial services, manufacturing and telecommunications. These experiences have provided Mr. Hale with the expertise needed to drive quality issues.
Mr. Hale received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from MidAmerica Nazarene College. |
