Clark joined the Board of Directors in November 2003, bringing 26 years of professional experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. With AEC as the largest portion of Avatech’s business, Clark’s knowledge and leadership fosters this ever-important and growing market segment. In addition, his experience in the banking industry brings a unique combination of real-world finance and business acumen to the Board.
He is President of Clark & Associates, a consulting company specializing in land development, residential real estate and residential construction located in Westminster, Maryland. He is also the founder of the GYC Group, a local homebuilder specializing in custom and new home communities in the Baltimore, Maryland region. He is also a founding director of The Columbia Bank, a major central Maryland bank with headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. |
