Mr. Kumar heads up implementation of the financial and operational technology systems for the "Oriental Way" program, which is designed to take the Company to the next level of product/service innovation and growth. As a consultant to Oriental, Mr. Kumar contributed to the formulation of the Oriental Way concept.
Before joining Oriental, Mr. Kumar was a director of consulting for Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT), an industry leading research and advisory firm, where he assisted a wide array of financial service companies develop technology-enabled strategies and operational plans to meet desired results.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Kumar was a Manager at McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) from 1997 to 1999; a Planning and Technology Architect at Intercontinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG) from 1995 to 1997; and a consultant to financial services clients worldwide from 1986 to 1995. |
