AREAS OF PRACTICE Litigation - Commercial Litigation - General Arbitration and ADR Gabrielle’s current practice predominantly focuses on fiduciary litigation and commercial disputes. Over the years, Gabrielle has enjoyed successfully representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from claims for wrongful termination, serious personal injuries, and sexual torts to multi-million dollar securities matters. Gabrielle believes that every lawsuit is different and that every client deserves the representation that their unique case demands. REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Experience in trust and probate litigation. Experience representing minority shareholders in action against company directors and officers for breach of fiduciary duty. Defended small company against multi-million dollar business loss claim brought by oil refinery and involving breach of contract and negligence issues. Represented clients in securities claims brought in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Represented London based insurance syndicates in overseeing over 700 lawsuits in Texas, including rendering case evaluations, recommending damage reserves, developing and approving case strategies, and negotiating settlements to clients' satisfaction for matters ranging from simple negligence claims to wrongful death and toxic tort lawsuits. Counsel to non-profit corporation on a variety of litigation and non-litigation business negotiation matters. Member of defense team for multi-million dollar complex litigation between international companies involving claims for fraud in securitized commercial mortgage transactions. Successfully defended numerous companies against claims for wrongful termination, personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and business interruption claims.
